Only 10 to 15 minutes drive from Alcudia and Pollensa, two charming and historic villages with beautiful beaches.
As soon as you arrive at the villa, you are greeted by one of the best features of this property… the spacious garden areas that lead you to the house, which is surrounded by large terraces where you can enjoy incredible views of the Tramuntana mountains and its spectacular swimming pool of more than 60m2.
Next to the swimming pool there is an outside bathroom with shower, so you don’t have to enter the house if you don’t want to.
The distribution is on one floor where you will find a nice and welcoming entrance hall that leads to a large and bright living room with large windows that offer magnificent views of the gardens and pool, with a large table that can receive up to 12 people, a warm and spacious living room with large and comfortable sofas from where you can access the upper floor where you will find a large room that can be used as a games room or reading room.
From the entrance hall there is also access to a large and fully equipped kitchen, which has five gas hobs, a large oven, an industrial fridge, a microwave and everything you need to prepare great recipes. The laundry room and pantry are connected to the kitchen.
You also have access to the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that the house has to offer. The master bedroom has a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is another bedroom with double beds and two bedrooms with twin beds. All bedrooms have direct access to the terraces and gardens.
