The accommodation features four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with an additional bedroom with twin beds. You will find elegant open plan living and dining areas as well as a selection of terraces for relaxing and entertaining. Large windows offer views of the property’s lush grounds, surrounding hills and sweeping ocean views.
Access to the property takes you across an ancient stone bridge, leading you to a wonderfully tranquil setting, surrounded by protected grounds with old pine and oak trees amidst a wonderfully manicured Mediterranean garden.
There is a 12 meter heated swimming pool*, large gardens, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and the villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
There are a total of five bedrooms, four of them with en-suite bathrooms (3 with bath/shower, 1 with shower only), a large living room with fireplace, dining room, TV/reading room and a lovely country style kitchen.
One of the most charming features are the huge terraces on the upper floor and the equally large terrace on the first floor, both with expansive views and a variety of seating areas. There is a large swimming pool with sunbathing terrace with teak sun loungers. There is also a barbecue terrace with a beautiful round dining table with ‘lazy susan’ and built-in umbrella and comfortable seating with a fire pit. There is also a ping-pong table and foosball table for guests to enjoy their stay.
