Villa Pedrina sleeps up to four people and is located in the ancient walled town of Alcudia. This town is not only famous for its Roman ruins, but also for its market, which is held twice a week.

The property has been modernized and offers unique and original accommodation. There is a charming entrance hall with vaulted ceiling and open plan staircase. The living room is elegantly furnished with a range of traditional pieces, and has access to a charming terrace. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and also has access to the patio.

Villa Pedrina has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both offer ample closet space. The bedrooms are served by two bathrooms and there is also a checkroom / WC.

Another living area furnished with two sofa beds has access to a patio with sun loungers.

This charming house is located in the heart of the old town of Alcudia, where restaurants, bars, boutiques, bakeries and supermarkets abound.

The famous beaches of Port Alcudia and Puerta Pollensa are a short drive away. There is also rock bathing and snorkeling nearby in the coastal areas of Barcares and Bonaire.
