Villa Moscari 1 is the perfect place for those looking to relax and unwind in the tranquil Majorcan countryside, but with a good selection of amenities and restaurants within easy reach.
The villa is luxuriously decorated, including carefully selected items and artwork from around the world and a style that blends exotic with Mediterranean charm. In the impressive entrance hall you will find the pool table and, if you like to cook, you will love the open plan, retro-style Bulthaup kitchen with a La Cornue stove and stone countertops. The dining room has an organically shaped natural wood table with seating for twelve and direct access to the covered porch and gardens through patio doors. The comfortable living room has a fireplace for the cooler months, a curved HDTV and leads to the covered porch overlooking the pool.
Villa Moscari 2 is the taller of the two houses on the estate and is 150 meters from Villa Moscari 1, so it is separate enough to ensure privacy, but close enough when both houses are rented together, making it the perfect place for larger groups or if you want to compete with your neighbors on the tennis court. You can take a leisurely stroll through the idyllic, winding paths of this carefully maintained estate, which is planted with vineyards and olive, almond and fruit trees. The pool, which can be heated on request, is flanked by a wooden deck with plenty of ergonomic sun loungers, super cool umbrellas and a sun lounger where you can relax and enjoy the sweeping views of the Bay of Alcudia. On the side of the house there is a covered summer kitchen with barbecue and wood stove, and at the front there is a chill-out lounge.
All five bedrooms have air conditioning, underfloor heating, televisions and comfortable Schramm beds with fresh cotton linen. The rooms can be configured as doubles or twins depending on your preference, just let us know before your arrival.
