Villa Moscari 1 is the perfect place for those looking to relax and unwind in the tranquil Mallorcan countryside, but with a good selection of amenities and restaurants within easy reach.
The villa is luxuriously decorated, including carefully selected items and artwork from around the world and a style that blends exotic with Mediterranean charm. In the impressive entrance hall you will find the pool table and, if you like to cook, you will love the open plan, retro-style Bulthaup kitchen with a La Cornue stove and stone countertops. The dining room has an organically shaped natural wood table with seating for twelve and direct access to the covered porch and gardens through patio doors. The comfortable living room has a fireplace for the cooler months, a curved HDTV and leads to the covered porch overlooking the pool. Under the shade of the porch is the long wooden dining table with seating for twelve, comfortable seating and the Big Green Egg barbecue and smoker.
Villa Moscari 1 is the lower of the two properties on the estate and is separated by 150 meters from Villa Moscari 2, far enough away to ensure privacy, but close enough if both properties are rented together to make it the perfect location for larger groups or if you want to compete on the tennis court with your neighbors. You can take a leisurely stroll through the idyllic winding paths of this manicured estate that is planted with vineyards and dotted with olive, almond and fruit trees. The freshwater pool, which can be heated on request, is flanked by a wooden terrace with numerous sun loungers, parasols and a day bed where you can relax and enjoy the sweeping views of the countryside and the Serra de Tramuntana.
All five rooms have air conditioning, underfloor heating, televisions and are equipped with comfortable Schramm beds with cotton bedding. All rooms can be configured as doubles or twins, depending on your needs, just let us know before your arrival.
All bedrooms on the second floor connect to a comfortable open plan living area with Smart / Apple TV and access to a large terrace with sweeping views of the countryside.
