Located in the green area of Crestatx, the house has five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Although located in a very quiet residential area, the house is a 5-minute drive from the highways linking the four corners of Mallorca.

Built on a tree-lined street, the property is accessed through large gates and has secure parking for several cars.

The house is surrounded by well-kept mature gardens. The rectangular swimming pool is set amongst lawns and has a paved solarium equipped with ten sun loungers. Near the pool is a covered terrace furnished with a sofa and armchairs.

The raised lounge has a fireplace, wifi, satellite TV and a couple of comfortable sofas. It has access to a large balcony which is furnished with a dining set and offers views over the garden to the pool area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and offers direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The bathroom is huge and has a walk-in shower, double sinks and a jacuzzi glass corner tub.

On the lower level there are three good sized bedrooms, all equipped with double beds. All three have direct access to the gardens and pool area. Like the rest of the house, these rooms are nicely furnished and offer every comfort.
