The four rooms are spread over the second floor, all with en-suite bathrooms and two of them with sea views. Some have deep bathtubs and all have underfloor heating. The master bedroom also opens onto a lovely terrace from which you can look out over the water.
The decor is a soothing mix of neutral tones and soft fabrics, with walls enlivened by colorful contemporary artwork. There is also a children’s room, which can sleep up to four of the little ones in interconnecting bunk beds.
The villa is perfectly designed to make the most of the Mediterranean lifestyle, with floor-to-ceiling windows that open fully to create a fluid environment between indoors and outdoors. There are numerous places to relax, from the elegant indoor lounge with comfortable sofas and two computer stations, to an intimate patio with a fireplace to create more ambiance.
The villa, which stretches the entire length of the garden, has a lovely swimming pool, long enough to take a nice swim or just float in. A real fire pit at one end can also set the mood for an evening dip. Fitness enthusiasts can find a gym on site, as well as a sauna if you like to turn up the heat.
If you like to cook, the villa features a high-end Bulthaup kitchen, with marble countertops and everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal. You’ll also find a wine fridge. If you prefer to cook outdoors, you can fire up the barbecue in the garden and, of course, there is also an outdoor dining area.
The villa’s location also puts you within walking distance of two of the best restaurants in the area. The one at Hotel Bendinat, Las Terrazas, offers refined traditional cuisine with wonderful sea views. On the other hand, the Astir restaurant at the nearby Iberostar Grand Portals Nous offers a more avant-garde gastronomic concept.
