Villa Bahía Alcudia is located on top of a hill in a quiet and privileged area of Alcudia, just a couple of minutes from the old town and the lively port, and offers spectacular views of the entire bay of Alcudia.
You will enjoy the manicured garden behind the property which features a saltwater pool surrounded by a large lawn, as well as several terraces on different levels that are furnished with seating, sun loungers and a barbecue. The perfect place to enjoy alfresco dinners and incredible sunset views over the bay of Alcudia.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 4 bright and modern bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The property also has 3 spacious bathrooms.
The villa is distributed over three floors as follows: The main entrance features a large dining room with a beautiful custom-made table and access to the outdoor terrace. Next to the dining room there is a separate fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs you will find another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and access to a terrace with panoramic views of the bay of Alcudia.
On the first floor, you can relax in the spacious and cozy living room with a large leather sofa and a plasma TV. Or enjoy your meals in the second dining room. There is also another double bedroom with a 1.80 m bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. From this floor you have direct access to the pool, the beautiful garden and the terrace.
