Quiet and private villa with unobstructed views in the village of Ariany, ideal for families and groups of friends.
The villa consists of 6 double bedrooms with air conditioning in each of them, 3 complete bathrooms. You can also enjoy a 50m2 salt water swimming pool or pick your own fruit and vegetables in our 14000m2 garden.
Our villa is only 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the north of Mallorca.

Quiet country house for 12 people in Ariany. It offers a large private pool as well as a garden, an orchard and beautiful views of the area.
The spacious outdoor areas are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. Special mention should be made of the large private saltwater swimming pool with a size of 12 x 5 metres and a depth of 0.8 to 2.10 metres. All around you can sunbathe on sun loungers and enjoy a drink or a delicious barbecue on the various patios and terraces. The property is fenced and the privacy is absolute.
The majestic 2-storey house is fully equipped for a wonderful holiday and has a traditional and cosy style. On the ground floor is the dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen is independent and has a gas cooker. On this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms with double bed. On the first floor there are 4 further bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. You will also find 2 other bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. In the laundry room you have the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Finally, if you are travelling with your baby, we will provide you with a cot and a highchair.
There are also 2 fridges, 1 fridge-freezer in the kitchen and an American fridge in the dining room.
This beautiful finca is located on the outskirts of Ariany, a small village in the interior of Mallorca where you can find basic services. The central location of the town is ideal for those who want to visit different parts of the island. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro, about 19 km away, a beach with turquoise and shallow waters that will delight young and old alike.
