Charming country house
This beautiful country house is located in Alcudia. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests.
The house of 160 m² is charming, and very bright. It overlooks the mountain and the beautiful green garden with 1700 m². Around the building you can find different spaces to enjoy the outdoors. In the garden there is a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. A barbecue area with dining furniture, a relaxation area under a porch and another dining area outside the kitchen. In addition, you will find other small and cozy sitting areas around the garden. This property is perfect for enjoying the good weather and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Once inside, the space is very classic and comfortable with a rustic wooden touch. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a large fireplace and also gas heating radiators to help warm the house in the colder seasons.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One has two single beds (100 x 200 cm), and the other has a single bed. They share a bathroom with shower which is also on the first floor.
The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. Both have a double bed and also share a bathroom with shower on the same floor. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
