Wonderful apartment located in first sea line in es Barcarès, in a magnificent viewpoint in the bay of Pollença and surrounded by sea on both sides. It has three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests.

The views from the terrace and its location make this charming house an exceptional place to spend a few days of vacation, rest and relaxation. The house has a large terrace with a table for 6 guests and a solarium area on the seafront overlooking the bay of Pollença. In fact, the place where our guests enjoy the most is on it, where you can relax, sunbathe, have a quiet dinner or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cap de Formentor in the background, one of the most beautiful places that the island of Mallorca has to offer.

The house consists of an adequately furnished living-dining room and an independent kitchen fully-eqquiped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook your favorite meals. There are three bright bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms.

The place is very quiet as it has few neighbors and still retains the seafaring flavor it had years ago, when the residents of Sa Marina went to sea with their boats to fill the nets and sell the fish to the fish market of Alcudia. From there you can make several excursions on foot or by bicycle, such as walking along the coast of Cap del Pinar, reach the Albufereta de Pollença or visit the medieval town of Alcudia with its imposing walls. It is a perfect place to get to know the north of Mallorca with beautiful places such as Formentor and the beautiful coves around it, the great beach of Alcudia and the beautiful villages of Alcudia and Pollença.
